Is the displayed price guaranteed?+
The estimate is calculated from the actual distance, trip duration and applicable rate (day, night, Sunday). For a ride paid online, the amount is locked in: that's what you pay.
Can I pay directly in the taxi?+
Yes, for any immediate ride: card or cash on board. Scheduled bookings are paid online at the time of booking in order to reserve the driver.
How far in advance should I book?+
An immediate ride departs in 5 to 15 minutes. For a scheduled booking, allow at least 1 hour in advance, and the day before for very early flights.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancellation is free up to 15 minutes before pickup. Beyond that, only the approach fee is kept, the rest is refunded automatically.
Do you still drive during storms or extreme cold?+
Yes. Our vehicles are equipped for Québec winters (winter tires, regular maintenance) and our drivers know Mauricie well. In extreme conditions arrival time may be longer: the map always shows the real estimate before you confirm.
Can I book a taxi for someone else (an elderly parent, a teen, a patient)?+
Yes, simply enter the pickup address and the passenger's name: you can book and pay online for someone else. Let us know about any special need (wheelchair-accessible vehicle, help getting in) when booking.
